WHY WE STARTED
For nearly 20 years, Andrew helped finance leaders improve processes, train teams, and implement and build software. Yet the same AP work kept landing back on people: investigating exceptions, reviewing contracts, answering vendors, coordinating with internal teams, and checking for fraud.
The documents were digital. Making sense of them and deciding what should happen next still took someone’s time.
A conversation with a CFO struggling with workload, team morale, and hiring brought the opportunity into focus. As AI became capable of working across documents and systems, Andrew saw a chance to change how the work got done.
Listra began with that goal: take the daily invoice work off people’s plates, while keeping the business in control.
